Texas Therapists

Angie Hinrichsen, MS, NCC, Licensed Professional Counselor, LCDC-I

I graduated in 2017 from Northern Illinois University with my Masters of Science in Education in clinical mental health counseling and have received additional certificates in trauma-informed counseling (NIU, 2018) and drug and alcohol counseling (Auburn University, 2018). I have experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings that include university settings, community mental health, acute psychiatric care and crisis stabilization, and private practice.

Although I work with a range of ages and mental health concerns, I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults with trauma histories and anxiety. By using an eclectic approach to treatment, I hope to empower my clients to gain insight into their lives and work towards a better future. Together, I hope to create a space in which you are able to express your true self, where you are heard and challenged to grow.

Virtual Clients Only

Natasha Wilson, MS, Licensed Professional Counselor, LCDC-I

I graduated in 2019 from Walden University with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a proud Veteran where I spent time mentoring, assisting Soldiers with varying issues, and discovered my passion for helping others.

Sometimes we all face challenges that may seem unbearable or difficult to face and it seems that those closest to us may not understand or relate. Therefore, if you are reading this, it means you recognize there is nothing wrong with seeking support from someone that will meet your fears, pains, and thoughts with compassion and nonjudgement. So, congratulations on the first step of becoming a better more improved version of yourself.

As a therapist, I recognize that life often throws curve balls that can get in the way of living our most authentic life and that is why I love providing a sacred space where you can explore your concerns. I will take pride in helping you find your strength and strategies that help you obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My approach is integrative as I tend to use a variety of evidence-based practices to make treatment distinctive for each client. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples, but as an emerging clinician the population I serve is constantly growing and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Dawn Maria Spradley, MA, LCDC-I, LPC-A

From an Adlerian approach, I want to help encourage and empower clients to use their strengths to attain their goals. I like to incorporate mindfulness awareness such as sensory regulation, breathing, and grounding techniques. I also specialize in sand-tray therapy-an effective intervention that helps clients better articulate their past trauma, feelings and emotions, and has been powerful in the healing of depression, grief, addiction, and anxiety in teens and adults.

I can help you to identify and process negative emotions and feelings that often lead to unhealthy choices and behaviors. Together, we can collaborate on a treatment plan that can help you thrive and live a more purposeful and meaningful life. The power of Sandtray therapy can be an impactful tool towards your healing. Together we can start this journey of healing at our counseling center.

Paris Fant

My name is Paris Fant, LPC-Associate, supervised by Anne Powers, LPC-S. I graduated from Capella University in 2022 with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My passions have always consisted of helping others. My goal is to work with clients to create the space required to reach their next level in life. I am an Adlerian at heart and always seek to uplift and empower clients by assisting them in recognizing and using their strengths. However, I do use other methods and interventions to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to the client's therapeutic needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all process.

I believe we all have everything we need to be successful inside of us. Together, our goal is to find those parts of yourself and utilize them in effective ways. To create change, there has to be some type of movement. Therapy is a great way to get going. Life is a journey and I look forward to helping you along yours.
